  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. No questions asked.
    If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
    ∙ Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
    ∙ In its original packaging or reasonable condition
    ∙ Not damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, or unauthorised modifications
    ∙ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
    Non-returnable items:
    ∙ Items returned after 30 days of delivery
    ∙ Items that have been damaged through misuse or neglect
    ∙ Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable
  3. How to Start a Return
    Step 1 — Contact Us First
    Email us at our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
    Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
    Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
    Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.
    Step 4 — Refund Processed
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7-9 business days to your original payment method.
  4. Refunds
    4.1 Full Refunds
    A full refund of the product purchase price is issued when:
    ∙ The item is returned within 30 days in acceptable condition
    ∙ The item arrived damaged or defective
    ∙ You received the wrong item
    4.2 Partial Refunds
    We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if:
    ∙ The item is returned in a condition that is not original (missing parts, packaging damage caused by the customer)
    4.3 Refund Timeline
     ∙ Refund approved → processed within 7–9 business days
    ∙ Bank processing time → allow an additional 3–5 business days
    ∙ Total time from return receipt to credit appearing: up to 12 business days
    4.4 Refund Method
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method only — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your VacPro arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund it immediately — at no cost to you.
    What to do:
    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    2. Include clear photos of the damage or defect
    3. Include your order number
    We will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
  6. Wrong Item Received
    If we sent you the wrong colour or item, we sincerely apologise. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong item at our expense.
  7. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour (Black, Orange, or Purple), simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the colour you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
  8. Cancellations
    Before Shipment
    If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 24–48 hours.
    After Shipment
    If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return following the process above.
  9. Free Shipping on Returns (Defective Items)
    For any return caused by our error — damaged, defective, or wrong item — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
