    We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
    5.4 Delivery Delays
    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
    5.5 Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

    VacPro products come with a limited product warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
